Here is a great site for you to learn more about your sweet little fuzzy. These little guys can be such great and loving companions. They are playful and need a lot of human contact. Please do not just leave him in a cage if you have one. Please read up on all the answers by going to this site. Good luck!!!

This is my favorite site:

This site is full of ferrety info and is very easy to navigate. You will find everything you need here.

Besides proper housing, diet, exercises, and basic love and care…I also hope that you get this little fuzzer to the vet ASAP. This is really important because this is a 'stray' ferret. You have no idea where it has been, what it has done, and who owned it. You need to make sure that your new pet as well as you and your family are safe by making sure the new addition is healthy.

Everyone but the first answerer is great, but I have one more piece of advice. Get a copy of "Ferrets for Dummies" it is one of the best books ever on ferrets.
